NeuralTek standard EULA [End User License Agreement]

This is a legal and binding License Agreement between you the user, and NeuralTek, describing the terms and conditions under which you may use the software product accompanying this license agreement (PRODUCT).

By continuing to use the accompanying software product, you indicate that you have thoroughly read and understood the entire contents of this EULA, and provide your express consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

The accompanying PRODUCT is protected by Copyright laws and treaties. It may consist of various items, including (but not limited to) the distribution media, hard-copy and/ or on-line reference material, software programs in source and/ or executable form, images, logos, trade marks and intellectual property. All contents are the property & copyright of NeuralTek and/ or other rightful authors and owners. All rights of the original authors/ owners are reserved as per international copyright laws and treaties.

The PRODUCT is licensed for use by the Authorized Users(s) only; Authorised User(s) being the person(s) and/ or organization(s) who agree to the terms of this EULA, AND who have hence been assigned the license for its use by NeuralTek, either in exchange for payment of the designated license fee OR are using the shareware, evaluation, trial, or complimentary versions of the PRODUCT. The Authorized User(s) provide express consent for the PRODUCT to be installed on their computer system, as distributed, including (but not limited to) any mechanisms such as license/ usage tracking keys for the purpose of enforcing copyright and trial period monitoring and usage.  

The shareware version of the PRODUCT may be freely distributed by the authorized user(s) only, but only in its original unmodified form with all copyright notices and contents (including this EULA) intact, and provided that no fee or any other consideration is charged for such distribution. The Authorized User(s) who have paid a license fee may also make ONE back-up copy of the software for the sole purpose of safe-keeping. With these exceptions only, ANY PART (OR WHOLE) OF THE PRODUCT MAY NOT be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, edited re-compiled, duplicated, stored, replicated, shared, sold, and/ or transferred, BY ANYONE, BY ANY MEANS, AND/ OR IN ANY FORM WHATSOEVER, without the prior written consent of NeuralTek and original copyright holders/ owners.

The PRODUCT is licensed to the Authorized User(s) "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The Authorised User(s) assume all risk of using the PRODUCT. This license permits use of the PRODUCT for non-commercial use only. For a commercial use license, please contact admin@neuraltek.com


If you have any questions, doubts, or comments in regard to the terms of this EULA, please contact NeuralTek's Admin department by sending an e-mail to admin@neuraltek.com BEFORE USING the PRODUCT.

Any dispute arising in regard to the terms of this agreement, will be settled in accordance with the the law prevailing in the state of New South Wales, AUSTRALIA.

If any of the terms/ conditions mentioned or implied from the above are contrary to local laws where the product may be used or sold, then such local laws might apply.
